  • Boil a cup of water. Add one tablespoon of aniseed to this and leave it for the whole night. In the morning, strain the water and eat it with one tablespoon of honey. Taking this three times a day helps to prevent acidity to a huge extent
  • Add one tablespoon of caraway seeds to one and a half liter water. Boil it for around 20 minutes and sip when it is in the lukewarm condition.
  • Powder few cloves and cardamom together and take it after every meal as a mouth fresher. Regular intake may reduce its bad breath problem.
